Collinswood Mushrooms LLC was born in January 2023, but the real story started back in 2015. After a brutal truck crash in 2012 turned life upside down, Randy found himself searching for something more—something meaningful. That’s when he stumbled into the wild, fascinating world of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. What began as a way to heal turned into an obsession, and he hasn’t looked back. Mushroom farming gave him a new purpose, and it’s been a hell of a ride ever since. We’re just a small family farm, but we’re here to stay—and we’re damn proud to have you with us on this journey.
